The platform is directed exclusively at end-users of legal age, and all orders are accepted under the following terms.

1. GENERAL TERMS

• All products and services offered through www.giorhudson.com are intended for individual consumers and not for resale or wholesale.
• Orders will be accepted in quantities suitable for personal use.
• By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not accept alternative terms unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• “Working days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  
  

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

• Product prices listed at the time of order apply.
• Final amount inclusive of any taxes/charges and shipping will appear at checkout.
• Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others processed securely through PayHere.
• Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation.
  
  

4. VOUCHERS & PROMOTIONAL CODES

• Vouchers are valid only for the period specified or up to 6 months from the date of issue.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be used to cover delivery/shipping charges.
  
  

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We aim to offer a smooth and satisfactory online shopping experience. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Requirements

• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Items must be packed securely, preferably in the original packaging.
• A copy of the original invoice must be included.
  
  

6. OUT-OF-STOCK EXCHANGES

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you will receive store credit valid for 6 months.

7. MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or an item is missing, you must contact our support team via info@giorhudson.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos where applicable.

8. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Submit the Service Request Form on our website.
2. A representative will follow up if clarification is needed.
3. Items for exchange will be dispatched within 3 working days, based on stock availability.
4. The returning item will be collected when the new item is delivered.
5. A Rs. 300/- collection and re-delivery fee may apply.
6. Refunds (excluding delivery fees) will be processed via bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the return. Proof of transfer will be emailed to you.
7. Returns that do not meet policy criteria will be returned to the customer without a refund.
